Qualifications: Any member in good standing may be elected to the office of Vice President.
The main business of the Society is carried out at the annual meeting. The Vice President must be able to attend the annual meeting. The Vice President serves a two-year term and is not eligible for election to a second term. The primary responsibilities of the Vice President are to assist the President as needed and to be ready to assume the responsibilities of the President if needed.
Other duties include:
1. Correspond with Officers and President as needed.
2. Serve on Committees as appointed by the President.
3. Represent the Society at other meetings when needed.
4. Complete any other duties assigned by the President or Board.
